Hunters Pride is situated in the Pride of Africa Nature Reserve situated within the Dinokeng Big Five Game Reserve in pristine Malaria free bush veldt which is only 45 km north of Pretoria and 100 km from OR Tambo International Airport. The Dinokeng Big Five Game Reserve (DB5) is an initiative of the Gauteng Government and is one of the highly successful Blue IQ investment projects – amongst the Gautrain, Cradle of Human Kind, Blue Catalyst, Constitution Hill and Innovation Hub (visit www.blueiq.co.za).
The DB5 includes Government and privately owned land and Gauteng Province has already funded close to R50m as direct investment for Game purchase, Big 5 compliant electrified fencing and R12m towards construction and completion of Entrance Gates.
Phase 1 of the DB5, in which Hunters Pride is situated, covers 18,500Ha. Negotiations are under way to incorporate further landowners, which will add another 20,000Ha |
| to 30,000Ha to the existing 18,500Ha. Dinokeng is a tourist destination which includes the Big Five Game Reserve on the extreme Northern border of Gauteng Province as well as the Dinokeng Meander with the Cullinan Mine, historic buildings, golf courses, Roodeplaat Dam, curio shops, handy craft industries and many more tourist attractions (visit website: www.dinokeng.co.za) |

| The developers have been involved in construction and property development since 1968 and are also the developers of the highly successful twenty stand private and corporate lodge development on a neighbouring farm - also within the Pride of Africa Nature Reserve. |
